7 mile run!

Long time, no post. I should actually start posting more now since I am beginning to lift more. I’m hoping that lifting will help my runs.                               I read that weight loss is 30% exercise and 70% diet. I’m not trying to lose weight, but I am trying to be fit. The donuts that I had for dinner last night are not helping but hopefully my 7 mile run today had some positive impact!
