Pretty much this entire week I have been going to bed after 2am and waking up at 1pm. Yesterday I also noticed that I have a bigger appetite compared to a week ago. Let’s start with Friday.
This is usually my rest day, but since I was busy all day Thursday I went to the gym and lifted and ran 3 miles in 32:49.
Here are my eats for the day….
I also had a bowl of popcorn while watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. I am pretty sure I saw most of that movie before, but I do not know where.
I went to the gym again and ran another 3 miles in about the same time. Then I stretched and did an ab workout. Later Jeremy and I went to the mall and bought running shoes. I also decided to treat myself to a new pair of running shorts, a decent sports bra, and pretzel sticks and cheese. It all cost less than Jeremy’s pair of shoes. 🙂

Leftover stuffed shells, Wheat Thins with Brie and Laughing Cow cheese, raspberries (not pictured)
New York Cherry Cheesecake ice cream and a bowl of popcorn for dessert. (Also not pictured)
We had another evening of watching Harry Potter of course. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. I was not expecting that ending!
Hopefully when all of this Harry Potter stuff is over I can go on some adventures of my own.
I must now get out of bed and eat some more, then do a 5 mile run. Good day.
